Fairchild AFB demonstrates strategic deterrence during exercise Mobility Response 25
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Arlie Gillinger, a mission generation vehicular equipment maintenance journeyman assigned to the 92nd Logistics Readiness Squadron, completes inbound cargo documentation during exercise Mobility Response 25 in support of U.S. Strategic Command exercise Global Thunder 25 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, Oct. 20, 2024. Gillinger processed over 89,000 pounds of cargo prior to it being stored in the 92nd LRS cargo yard. Mobility Response is an opportunity for Mobility Air Force to test their ability to respond to and simultaneously support multiple combatant commander’s requirements, such as USSTRATCOM’s reliable strategic deterrence force. Executing training exercises like MR25 prepares wings to support the warfighter at the furthest node to ensure light, lean, and distributed operations.
