  • USTRANSCOM commander visits JB Charleston

    Army Gen. Stephen Lyons, commander of U.S. Transportation Command, visits Joint Base Charleston, S.C., Dec. 6, 2018. Lyons visited JB Charleston as part of an effort to familiarize himself with the base’s global mobility capabilities.
