JBAB Airmen train for deployed environment
Airmen assigned to the 723d Combat Air Base Squadron operate an aircraft-arresting system at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla., Sept. 15, 2025. The 723 CABS is a sub-unit of the 23d Air Task Force that works and trains together throughout the Air Force Force Generation model cycle, also known as AFFORGEN, to deploy as one cohesive group. This combat service support team training ensured that 723d CABS Airmen were ready and capable of augmenting tasks outside of their career field, including short-runway operations and water system setup.
