Fairchild AFB demonstrates strategic deterrence during exercise Mobility Response 25
U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Lauren Smith, an installation entry controller assigned to the 92nd Security Forces Squadron, issues weapons and equipment during exercise Mobility Response 25 in support of U.S. Strategic Command exercise Global Thunder 25 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, Oct. 20, 2024. As armory personnel, Smith ensured all weapons were accounted for and issued to the correct individuals, allowing security forces to perform their daily tasks. U.S. Strategic Command forces, their components and subordinate units are on watch 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, conducting operations to deter and detect strategic attack against the United States and our allies.
