Fairchild AFB demonstrates strategic deterrence during exercise Mobility Response 25
U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 92nd Security Forces Squadron purge the flightline searching for explosive devices or anything out of the ordinary during exercise Mobility Response 25 in support of U.S. Strategic Command exercise Global Thunder 25 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, Oct. 20, 2024. A purge consists of a team of security forces Airmen sweeping the flightline for any hazardous material and securing the area. U.S. Strategic Command forces, their components and subordinate units are on watch 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, conducting operations to deter and detect strategic attack against the United States and our allies.
