Fame's Favored Few welcomes new wing commander
Col. Chesley Dycus renders his final salute as 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander during wing change of command ceremony at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, July 2, 2024. During the ceremony, Dycus relinquished command to Maj. Gen. Corey Martin, 18th Air Force commander, before Col. Chad Cisewski assumed command of the 92nd ARW. The change of command ceremony is a long-standing tradition that enables all members of a given unit to formally welcome the new commander and recognize the leadership of the outgoing commander.
