317th AW executes Hazard Spear, supports Balikatan 24 with accelerated mission sets

U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Bailey Vice, 40th Airlift Squadron loadmaster, and Staff Sgt. Jeff Augustyn, 40th AS crew chief, disconnect a fuel hose from a C-130J Hercules after providing fuel to a forward arming and refueling point site established by U.S. Marine Corps members from Marine Aircraft Group 24 and Marine Wing Support Squadron 174 during Exercise Balikatan 24 at Basco Airfield, Philippines, 28 April 2024. These strategic sites enable aircraft to quickly refuel and return to their missions without the need to travel back to a main base.
