Dyess AFB announces class of 2023 Honorary Commanders
Leadership from the 7th Medical Group speak with their honorary commander counterparts at an Honorary Commander Appreciation event at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Nov. 15, 2022. The event was held to inform honorary commander candidates about the program, as well as socialize them with their command counterparts. Civic and community leaders selected as honorary commanders will serve a two-year term. At the end of their term, the program’s goal is to have forged a mutually beneficial relationship between influential community members and Dyess Airmen that last beyond their term as honorary commanders.
