Dyess Airmen deploy to Middle East in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, leading the way on Air Force Force Generation model implementation

Members from the 317th Airlift Wing cheer on the 39th Airlift Squadron deployers as they process out to the Dyess flightline, Aug. 25, 2022. The C-130 unit’s deployment to U.S. Central Command taskings marks the first implementation of the Air Force Generation model in Air Mobility Command. The Air Force Force Generation model initially conceived by former Air Force Chief of Staff, Gen. David L.
