29th WPS: Forging C-130 Tactical Experts
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jacob Snider, 29th Weapons Squadron instructor loadmaster, peers out the window of a C-130J Hercules during phase three of the 29th Weapons Squadron C-130 Weapons Instructor Course, over Colorado, Oct. 17, 2019. The 29th WPS relies on the assistance of loadmasters, of which there is a coinciding course -- the Loadmaster Advanced Instructor Course. This strengthens the necessary bond between pilot and loadmaster, allowing full understanding and communication on what is going on in the back of the aircraft.
