Lt. Gen. Darren McDew, 18th Air Force commander, pays his respect to the crew of Shell 77 during a tour of Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Nov. 22, 2013. Shell 77 was the call sign of a KC-135 Stratotanker that crashed in northern Kyrgyzstan killing three Airmen.
