Gen. Allardice delivers new C-37B aircraft to 89 AW
JOINT BASE ANDREWS, Md. -- Colonel Jacqueline Van Ovost, 89th Airlift Wing commander, salutes as Lt. Gen. Robert R. Allardice, 18th Air Force commander, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., arrives to Joint Base Andrews to deliver a C-37B to the 89 AW.
