18th Air Force Vice Commander delivers newest Super Herc to Dyess

DYESS AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - Brig. Gen. Bryan Benson, Vice Commander, 18th Air Force, presents a ceremonial key for the 317th Airlift Group's newest C-130J to dedicated crew chief Tech. Sgt. Howard Pavlat here Oct. 12. The delivery was the eight in the 317th's continuing transition to the new aircraft.
