Fame's Favored Few welcomes new wing commander
Chief Master Sgt. Lindsay Moon, left, newly appointed 92nd Air Refueling Wing command chief, Chief Master Sgt. William Arcuri, right, former 92nd ARW command chief, and Col. Chesley Dycus, former 92nd ARW commander, listen as Col. Chad Cisewski, newly appointed 92nd ARW commander, gives a speech during the 92nd ARW change of command ceremony at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, July 2, 2024. During the ceremony, Dycus relinquished command to Maj. Gen. Corey Martin, 18th Air Force commander, before Cisewski assumed command of the 92nd ARW. The change of command ceremony is a long-standing tradition that enables all members of a given unit to formally welcome the new commander and recognize the leadership of the outgoing commander.
