U.S. Air Force A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft perform a final flyby during the 924th Fighter Group Inactivation Ceremony at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, Sept. 8, 2025. The 924th FG reactivated on Jan. 1, 2011, at DM as an Air Force Reserve Command geographically separated unit with administrative control to the 442nd Fighter Wing, Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri.
