ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- The 36th Comptroller Squadron held a change of command ceremony here, June 12, 2025. The ceremony was presided over by Colonel Charles Cooley, 36th Wing Commander, where Lieutenant Colonel Gordan Randall, former commander of the 36th CPTS, relinquished authority to Major Victor Martins.
