The 62d Airlift Wing hosted a tour for Washington Civil Air Patrol cadets at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, Nov. 23, 2024. CAP is the civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force and a congressionally chartered nonprofit organization that operates under three missions: Aerospace Education, Emergency Services, and Cadet Programs. As an Aviation Inspiration and Mentorship Wing, the 62d AW seeks to foster community partnerships and educate and develop future and ready Airmen.
