MIHAIL KOGALNICEANU AIR BASE, Romania - Airmen load cargo aboard a C-17 bound for Afghanistan. After more than a decade of operations at Manas, Kyrgystan, the Romanian location has become the U.S. military's main air hub for passengers and cargo into and out of Afghanistan.
