18th AF commander visits 89th Airlift Wing
Tech. Sgt. April Owens, 89th Operations Support Squadron's Weather Flight training manager, explains the equipment used to track weather to Lt. Gen. Sam Cox, 18th Air Force commander, on Joint Base Andrews, Md., Oct. 19, 2016. During his visit to the 89th Airlift Wing, Cox also toured flight planning, the snow cab and the airfield.
